Apart from all the experiences with stone, the wonderful and joyful memories and the friendly acquaintances – not to forget the imaginative and delicious menus in the Ex-Osteria Mignami – one sentence, expressed some time after the completion of the course by my life companion, remains with me: ‘I have not seen you so calm and well-balanced for years…’ Thank you Almute, thank you Alex, thank you Peccia!
